The Spen 20 returns once again for the 50th instalment of the race on the slightly later date of Sunday 24th March 2024. A race with deep history in the Spenborough district, spanning across 6 decades.

The race is a two loop course over 20 miles from Princess Mary Athletics Stadium and works as excellent preparation for the London Marathon.
